Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, the host processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier) in server logs to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, working operation). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

If you write to me, I process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The message is deleted once it has been dealt with and no retention obligation applies.

Links to YouTube and social networks

Films and channels are only linked, not embedded. No data goes to YouTube or the network in question until you click a link and open their site; their privacy policies apply there.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). An informal email is enough.
